The Black&White4 CTS was designed to provide everyone with the opportunity to create perfect milk foam without requiring prior barista knowledge. The standout feature of this machine is its integrated steam lance, which allows for fully automatic frothing of milk in the pitcher to achieve the desired consistency and texture. This makes it easier for staff with little experience to prepare excellent milk foam for their guests. Whether you prefer conventional milk or alternative milk types, this coffee machine froths numerous milk alternatives just as easily and efficiently as dairy milk, allowing for flexibility in catering to customer preferences.
The handling of the Black&White4 CTS is extremely straightforward thanks to its high level of automation. However, operating the steam lance through levers and buttons still provides a sense of the traditional espresso machine experience. In terms of performance, this machine is designed for medium to high daily demands, and with the integrated steam lance, you can easily prepare up to 120 steam-based products daily. In addition, you can prepare daily 240 espressos, 200 coffees, 200 hot water for tea lovers. The machine is compact, the width is only 41cm. With two bean containers you can choose your own bean for espresso and for filter coffee.
The integrated steam lance of the Black&White4 CTS offers three diverse functions and is suitable for both experienced baristas and staff with little or no expertise in this area.
AutoSteam:
This function is used for conventional milk frothing in the pitcher. The barista independently controls the amount of air through the stretching and rolling phases until the desired foam quality is achieved. Meanwhile, the integrated sensor measures the milk's temperature, ensuring precise target temperature for each beverage.
AirSteam®:
This is the secret weapon for excellent milk foam. With the AirSteam® function, milk in the pitcher is fully automatically frothed. The temperature sensor also monitors when the correct milk temperature is reached. Additionally, the steam lance autonomously regulates the addition of air and steam.
Purge:
Before and after each preparation, the steam lance is cleaned with the push of a button. Hot steam is flushed through the lance, ensuring that it is ready for the next beverage within seconds while maintaining cleanliness.
In addition to frothing milk using the steam lance, coffee can be extracted simultaneously from the beverage outlet. This saves time and increases the speed of service, allowing you to focus on the guest. To conserve resources, the Black&White4 CTS is equipped with an efficient boiler system for heating coffee.
Thermoplan Black & White -series has a modular design, which enables cost-effective maintenance, since the maintenance-requiring module can be replaced quickly and the service itself is performed at Paulig's premises. This way the coffee can always be served uninterrupted.
