Allergens Info

The consumer of a drink prepared with a coffee machine or Tazza machine must be informed if the machine includes ingredients that contain allergens. Allergens commonly found in drinks coming from coffee machines from Paulig PRO are oat (from oat drink or vending powders) and milk (from fresh milk or vending powders). Allergens are always highlighted in the list of ingredients which can be found on the packaging and in our webshop.

If the machine includes ingredients with allergens, we recommend placing a sticker with allergen information in a visible place on the front surface of the machine. It is important to ensure that the information provided to the consumer is accurate, meaning that the allergen label should not be applied if the coffee machine does not contain any ingredients with allergens.

The same information also applies to Tazza machines from Paulig PRO. The allergens commonly found in Tazza drinks are milk (from fresh milk or vending powders) and soya. Allergens are always highlighted in the list of ingredients that is found on the packaging and in our web shop.

Please note that the same pipes are used for all types of ingredients used in the machines (i.e., fresh milk, powders and oat drinks). Therefore, if an ingredient that contains allergens is used in the machine, all coffee drinks taken from the machine may contain allergens from that ingredient.
