Nuova Simonelli Aurelia Wave T3 espresso machine continues the well-known and highly appreciated Aurelia series for professionals. Aurelia has been used as official competition machine (T3) in the barista World championships.

• Auto-Purge rinses gruppos automatically
• Smart Water Technology measures the PH and TDS in real time. Also let’s know when set limits are exceeded.
• Pulse-Jet Technology limits the flow of the water to gruppos in pulses. Pulse does not have effect on the extraction, but the taste of the espresso can be significally changed with the pulse.
• Three different water temperatures and sizes – for example to tea.
• Isolated boilers help to save energy consumption as much as 27% compared to former Aurelia portfolio, by using the Stand By -function
