Nuova Simonelli Aurelia Wave T3 espresso machine continues the well-known and highly appreciated Aurelia series for professionals. Aurelia has been used as official competition machine (T3) in the barista World championships.

Aurelia Wave is an excellent coffee machine when you have the demand for high profitability and even drink quality. Machine suits well to medium and high consumption locations. The new features make the machine even more reliable to make high quality espressos in a low energy consumption. The new design is round shaped.

• Auto-Purge rinses gruppos automatically

• Smart Water Technology measures the PH and TDS in real time. Also let’s know when set limits are exceeded.

• Pulse-Jet Technology limits the flow of the water to gruppos in pulses. Pulse does not have effect on the extraction, but the taste of the espresso can be significally changed with the pulse.

• Three different water temperatures and sizes – for example to tea.
