Thermoplan Black & White 3 CTM2 UT CD coffee machine

Thermoplan Black & White 3 CTM2 UT CD coffee machine is an innovative coffee machine of the Thermoplan Black&White 3 series. It prepares high-quality espresso, cappuccino, espresso macchiato and cold milk-based coffee at high coffee volume locations.

The machine has two bean hoppers equipped with fans to cool the beans for continued freshness. Separate refrigerator and a waste drawer can be placed under counter (not included in the configuration). The elegantly designed machine has a 7"" LCD colour touchscreen where you can program 8 or 12 service products in the basic configuration. By utilising the double serving selection, the machine offers up to 24 recipe options. Coffee machine has the capacity of 240 espressos, 200 coffees, 100 tea waters, 130 cappuccinos, 140 cafe lattes per hour.

Thanks to its modular structure, the machine is quick and cost-efficient to maintain, and any damaged modules can quickly be replaced by a new one. The machine has a very easy-to-use automatic cleaning program – no parts need to be removed or washed manually. Milk is heated using a hydraulic boiler, utilising waste energy while producing energy savings.
