Sysi is a dark coffee, in which berry-like acidity is balanced with nutty and cocoa notes of the coffee. Sysi is an intensive and a bold coffee blend. Works perfectly with milk. The coffees in the Notes of Nature series are so-called Omni coffees, that have been optimized to work well as an espresso and as a filter coffee.
